Data Deletion Instructions

Adrex AI ("we", "us", "our") respects your right to control your personal data. This page explains how you can request deletion of the data associated with your Adrex AI account, including any information we received from Facebook (Meta) or Google when you connected your advertising accounts.

What data we hold

When you use Adrex AI, we may store: your account profile (name, email), OAuth access and refresh tokens used to connect your Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads accounts, campaign and performance data retrieved through those platforms' APIs, and content you create within the Service (ad copy, creative assets, rules, and settings).

Option 1 — Delete from within the app

  1. Sign in to your Adrex AI account at adrex-frontend.web.app.
  2. Go to Settings → Connections.
  3. Click Disconnect next to Facebook (Meta) and/or Google. This immediately revokes our access and deletes the stored OAuth tokens for that platform.
  4. To remove your entire account and all associated data, follow Option 2 below.

Option 2 — Request full account & data deletion by email

To permanently delete your Adrex AI account and all data we hold about you, send an email to info@adrex.ai with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" from the email address associated with your account. Please include:

  • The email address of your Adrex AI account
  • Confirmation that you want all data deleted (or specify which platform connection to remove)

What happens after your request

  • We revoke and delete the OAuth tokens that grant us access to your Google and Meta ad accounts.
  • We delete your account profile, stored campaign/performance data, and content you created in the Service.
  • Deletion is completed within 30 days of a verified request.
  • We may retain limited information where required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., fraud prevention, tax, or legal disputes), as described in our Privacy Policy.

Disconnecting Adrex AI does not delete the campaigns or data that already exist inside your Google Ads or Meta Ads accounts — those remain under your control on the respective platforms. You can also remove Adrex AI directly from your Facebook account under Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites.
