Adrex connects Google Ads and Meta Ads to Claude, Cursor, VS Code, and any MCP client. Manage campaigns in plain language, set up in about a minute, no API key needed.
About a minute, four steps. Do them in this order — step 1 before step 2 matters.
Sign up at adrex.ai, then go to Settings → API Connections and connect Google Ads, Meta Ads, or both. You sign in with Google or Facebook and approve access. Your tokens stay on Adrex's servers — your AI client never sees them.
Pick your app. There is no API key to copy — you sign in through your browser in step 3.
Run this in your terminal, from any directory:
claude mcp add --transport http adrex-ai https://api.adrex.ai/mcp
Add -s user to make it available in every project instead of just the current one.
A browser tab opens by itself. You will see a consent screen like this:

Ask your assistant:
“Are my ad accounts connected?”
You should get a table showing Google Ads and/or Meta Ads as Connected. If either says “Not connected”, see Troubleshooting.
Your AI may ask permission the first time it runs an Adrex action — choose “Yes, and don't ask again”.
“How are we doing? What needs attention this week?”
“Why did my cost per lead go up over the last 14 days?”
“Audit my keywords — where am I wasting money?”
“Which search terms spent money without converting?”
“Is my conversion tracking actually working?”
“Did anyone change this account recently?”
“Increase the budget on my top-ROAS campaign by 15%.”
“Add these 10 negative keywords to my Search campaign.”

account_review answers "how are we doing / what needs attention" across Google and Meta in one call. campaign_diagnosis explains why performance moved, attributing it to cost-per-click vs conversion rate.
Find wasted spend
Rank keywords, ads and creative by actual return. Search-term reports surface negatives to add. keyword_insights runs the full keyword audit — blocking negatives, wasted-spend themes, Quality Score premiums, budget caps, duplicates.
Trust the numbers
conversion_health checks tracking is working before you believe any CPA or ROAS. recent_changes shows who changed what, because most sudden shifts are something someone did.
Make changes
Campaigns, ad groups, ad sets, responsive search ads, keywords and negatives, budgets, targeting and audiences — across both platforms. Everything new is created paused.
Report
Performance summaries, daily time series, and breakdowns by device, network, platform, age and gender.

The MCP server is free and open source. Hosted usage is metered by monthly tool calls, with higher tiers unlocking the waste audit, autonomous agent and experiments. See pricing.
